ACE medical models injuries in more detail than vanilla Arma. You do not need to understand all of it to be useful — you need to stop bleeding, and you need to know when to call a medic.
The two things that matter
- Bandage every wound. Bleeding does not stop on its own.
- Check for a pulse before anything else. No pulse means CPR, not morphine.
